Smile ClearQAM local channels - Los Angeles using the internet cable

Hi,

1) Is ClearQAM available in Los Angeles?
2) Can I use a splitter SV-2G (5/1000MHz 3.5dB) to split my Spectrum internet services (to Modem/Router and TV)?
3) Which input of the TV (Westinghouse 32H240S) should I select (TV-Air or Cable)?

Thank you!

Question

Edited:

My Questions:

1) Is free OTA ClearQAM channels transmitted through the (internet only) service cable in Los Angeles? I'm using Spectrum / formerly TWC.

2) Can I use a splitter SV-2G (5/1000MHz 3.5dB) to split my Spectrum internet services (to Modem/Router and TV)?
If not, which splitter would you suggest to me to get?

3) Which input of the HDTV (Westinghouse 32H240S) should I select (TV-Air or Cable)?

Thank you!

I can't answer our question as to whether there are any analogue channels on your system. But, if there are, they would also reside on the same internet only cable and you would find them by scanning Cable on your TV....

Question

I would need to split the signal since I need the internet too.

Would my splitter SV-2G (5/1000MHz 3.5dB) works?

If not, which splitter do you suggest me to get?

Thank you!

I would go for something like this:

https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters...splitter&psc=1

I would also bet that there are no analogue channels left with Spectrum though. Someone with Spectrum service would have to add a voice. But then again, a $7 or less investment would let you try and see...

Please read the READ BEFORE POSTING sticky thread and use the existing LA TWC Thread Thanks.

Walking the fine line between jaw-dropping and a plain ol' yawn.
