I can't see the WITN antenna on the top. I always look for it when I drive by, which is very rare!

WRAL has just signed on an experimental transmitter on channel 39 broadcasting a next generation ATSC 3.0 signal. This is the same thing they did 20 years ago when they were first HD station on the air.
