Apparently, Lake County is one such area (Leesburg, Eustis I think). Per the Comcast locator, offices are in Leesburg, Dunnellon, Orlando (apparently someone is served by Comcast instead of BH ), and Summerfield.
Taken from sunbiz.org (under Cable Franchises):
portion of Hillsborough County (unincorporated); portion of Okeechobee County (unincorporated); portion of Osceola County (unincorporated); portions of Brevard County (unincorporated);
... portions of City of Wildwood (including the area annexed by the City from Sumter County that Comcast is authorized to serve pursuant to its franchise with Sumter County);...
But it dosen't get CFNEWS13 but BHN could be nice let them/AT@TU-Verse and so on show it. GETV coming to UIMAS and MEGATV to WFTV.

Of course they could, but AT&T and CenturyLink are BH's primary competitors. From the looks of it, neither telco nor Comcast has shown any interest in the channel. And you know that means $$$$. I'd never say never, but I wouldn't hold my breath on that.
Comcast has Bounce TV on 214. also has other channels like CSN,other local ones. More Digital SD channels then Comcast in Olathe/MO does. The FCC might make BHN make others carry Central Florida News 13 channels.
