NESN -sd -channel 28 has no problem so it is not nesn. I have also checked with people using DirecTv-HD no problems.
How long has this been happening?
It happened last night for about an hour, and today since 1:30 and counting. A couple of commercials had volume, but only 1 or 2
I have sent this to our engineering team to investigate the problem
Were you able to duplicate the problem?
The engineering team will be looking into this in your area. Since my location is not on the same head end as yours checking my location would not help
