Well, it's now Friday morning.
When I posted Tuesday morning, there were only 25 stations in the entire U.S. of A who filed Round Three election forms.
As of right now, there are still 25 ... and WHBF isn't one of them.
Given that forms are usually filed electronically by now, I would almost have to think that the third round is over, though I will keep looking.
The good news is that, according to Trip in VA who's been helping to track the third round in this thread
, there'll be only three other Channel 4's in the whole country when the transition is over. One will be in Alaska; another will be in Oak Hill, WV; and the third will be in Danville, KY. Hopefully this will convince the FCC to let WHBF use enough power to serve its current market.
WOI is another story -- there are 5's in Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, Tennessee ... a lot of 5's out there.
