Ok if there is a lot, what is your top 10? I see you have a lot of uhd disks, if you have time to share your top 10 that would be greatly appreciated.
But I am talking about PQ though, not how good the movie is.

Let's go OLED and never go back LCD!

I think John Wick 2, Lucy, Pacific Rim, Fantastic Beasts, and The Revenant are the top ones I own. I only have a few that aren't that great though. Nearly everything being released now is pretty good if it's a recent movie.

My list would be similar to this except, replace "Sicario" (don't own this one because I didn't like the movie) with "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children", replace "Deadpool" with "Star Trek: Into Darkness" and replace "Batman vs. Superman" with "Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk".

I was gonna give a nod to Planet Earth 2 and it does have some really incredible moments, it just has a bunch of low resolution shots filling in because of the difficulty of capturing certain animals in the wild. I can't fault the team who made it for that but it is enough to bring down the quality of the video in my opinion.

Totally agree, some shots are perfect..
But those low rez shots really ruin the content.

I cannot wait to see John Wick 2 in UHD.. I have been hearing so many good things about the quality...
I watched the regular bluray though, and it was also amazing, but I cant tell the difference yet since I dont own both.

Pretty much all of my top PQ movies have been mentioned (out of around 80 UHD disks); I would add Sully as being super-crisp, and if you need something to pop in for the kids, Smurfs 2.

Question for anyone who purchased the box set of The Mummy 4K and Blu-ray Trilogy. I cannot find the Digital Codes. I must have misplaced them but I cannot even remember what they were written on? Were all three codes written on one of the standard purple and white papers with 'included with your purchase' written on the top? I don't know what I did with mine.
Thanks.

I just noticed that Amazon has jacked the Life 4K UHD price up to $39.32. Walmart still has it for $27.96.

YouTube supports both HDR10 and HLG using VP9 Profile 2.

Google Play Movies still does not support any kind of HDR, though.

While the movie isn't going to win awards I saw a bunch of people who thought Power Rangers is pretty lame and they were not interested in this in the slightest, actually come away liking it a bit.

I wasn't interested in this until reading the review, the review consist of a lengthy description of all Dolby Vision visual differences, although he initially said differences were subtle.

some new HDR stuff to play with

thanks to another poster, we got some of the FORZA 7 HDR clips, and they look absolutely fantastic. Video game HDR is going to be very awesome when it gets going, but we'll have to make another thread for that. but here are clips, there are 2 on the following page:

http://www.gamersyde.com/game_videos_3887_en.html

BTW, these both play beautifully on my samsung Galaxy S8+. anyone that dont think HDR can make a difference on mobile has to see these on my phone. The colors and entire picture is very 3D looking. Just magnificent looking!!

Also, as some of you may know, the VE tv shootout is coming next month. Robert is saying that the wheels are in motion to get the shootout streamed LIVE on youtube in 4k with HLG HDR. stay tuned for more updates on that. july 12th and 13th
