If you are in one of those areas, or very close (I am in the middle of Frisco) and want to host, please post your interest and location below. Thanks and I hope to meet many of you soon!
UPDATE: Looks like we will need to post below with our answer as well in order to see who voted (unless I am missing a feature). Sorry, this is my 1st poll.
There will also be an official thread up soon linked here.
I mean, you can make another thread I guess, if you want to hash out the dirty details here then have a clean slate. Or just update your first post of this thread with all of the relevant info. I don't think a new thread is necessary, per se, otherwise we would end up with three threads pertaining to the same GTG. (Poll, GTG and Results Thread)

Level matching should not be a problem. I have an omnimic I can bring to take some measurements. Add a little objectivity to people's subjective opinions/perceptions.
That said, attempting to EQ every speaker to measure the same response from 100hz to 12khz would be next to impossible. Typically we pick a frequency and level match all speakers to said frequency. In this case, say 90db @ 1Khz.
Keep in mind, there is a lot more to consider....What we decide on crossing over to subs could be an issue for some speakers.
