Find the owners thread and ask this there.
Call Samsung, get by the farmed out 1st level support (somehow) and see if someone will talk to you or;
ID yourself as a independent service guy (since you actually did do the work) and see if you can get their 'service tech' number (the number that the techs actually call when they are on a call) and talk to someone there.
As long as you can converse at or above their level (which might not be that difficult) you might not have a problem.
