My 6-month old c9 is stuck on the welcome screen and Mits tells me I need a software update to correct the problem. It's only available via mail which will take a week of so to get to me.

Has anyone else upgraded the software? Can you tell me what the process is? Will I lose all my settings? I am a little underwhelmed with Mits support so far. They tell all the instructions will be included with the flash drive and they are "confident" this will resolve my issue.

Any insights appreciated.

Sorry to be a pain, but it's hard to believe no one has updated their software. Just looking for a little color. Man, a week without my TV and still waiting on Mits to send me a USB key with new software. Going to have to think twice before buying another Mits.
