I have a Samsung 56" DLP that is giving me problems. The display is destroyed. Please tell me what part I need to replace in order to fix it!! I have many spots showing randomly throughout the screen. I have attached images.

So far I have replaced the Ballast, Power Supply, and Bulb. I bought the tv for 1100 2 1/2 years ago and spent 500+ last month replacing those parts and now this is happening. Is it work fixing? or should I cut my losses?

Wrong forum, you would be better served in the Rear Projection forum.

However it appears as if your light engine/DMD chip is failing.
Only other possibility would be dust, but I'd bet it is the DMD failing.

The white dots do usually relate to a malfunctioning dmd chip, the mirrors are sticking. For a while Samsung was repairing this problem out of warranty, so calling them to see if they still are would be a good idea.

If they are not, my opinion would be it's time to get a new tv.
