Looking for a little guidance. We're moving 500 miles in two months to a smaller house and its going to be time for a flat screen. Are the old RP-HD Pioneers with their lovely film-like picture worth anything? Or is it a relegated to be a donation?

It's been a very long time since I've seen a report of anyone paying money for an RPTV. They really have lost all monetary value, and are worthless even as a donation. I also recently moved, and was able to find someone to take my Pio 610, but not for money. A real estate agent told me he generally sees them rolled to the curb.

There is a cadre of enthusiasts on the "Don't dump your CRT RPTV" thread. Maybe one of them will take yours off your hands, and at least you'll have the satisfaction of knowing it went to a good home...
