Bought a Laservue L65-A90 during Sept 2009. Recently started having a loud click noise after running for about 10 minutes. Dealer was unable to repair and the unit was sent to Mitsubishi. Now Mitsubishi says the unit is unrepairable because the parts are no longer made (for this relatively new and originally $6300.00+ TV).
Anyone having this experience or know what's going on?
Simply demand they replace the tv, many have been successful at doing so, in fact my neighbor had her Diamond series DLP replaced for a brand new model with more features a few years back. Be polite, firm and state the facts that being unable to repair a $6000 plus tv less than 3 years old because of no parts is Mitsubishi's problem and should not be yours!
