A local place by my house is selling a refurbished WD-73740 for $500. That's a really good deal right? What do they normally go for?

I have a TC-P46G15 which I want to replace with this TV.

Will it look much better or about the same? Any thoughts?

Are the black levels good on this TV? Thanks.

Good deal if it has a warranty, and if can add a 3rd party one for several years.
