I have a question on the 3D capabilites of this set...I have been using shutter glasses for the past 2 years but is there any way I can watch the 3D movies without the shutter glasses as in movie theatre glasses, passive glassware or can this TV only do shutter? I just ask this becuase at times I can have issues with how the shutter glasses work and well the battery life can sometimes suck.

For example can the below glasses be used?

http://www.buy.com/prod/pair-of-universal-3d-passive-glasses-work-with-passive-3d-televisions/234088868.html?listingId=227884214

Thanks in advance!

There are different Shutter glasses available. Shop around.

Look through the forums. There are several threads discussing brands. I prefer Xpand, but that's just 1 opinion.
