Here is what you should connect your cables:
1. I presume you are using a stereo jack ( 3.5mm?) connected to your laptop audio out with RCA on the other end. Connect the RCAs
with an input at the back of NAD, say labelled Audio IN 1 or 2.
2. From the Audio OUT 1 of NAD connect RCA cables to the IN of your AMP.
3. In the INPUT selector switch it according to the connection you've made at the back (Audio IN 1 or 2)
4. As initial test. Set your laptop volume to 3/4 of power and your NAD will serve as your volume master.
One thing I noticed, you put your NAD on top of your AMP. Your NAD may enter protection if it gets too hot:eek:
