Ok guys, I called Hitachi Canada and ask for a complete rundown and differences between model numbers. Also get MSRP on 57" models. All models have DVI even though the Hitachi.com webiste lists the GWX as not having it.

57UWX20B Silver/Grey = $4500CAN High-contrast protective shield.
57GWX20B Silver/Grey = $4700CAN New anti-reflective high-contrast shield.
57SWX20B Silver/Grey = $5300CAN Wide neck CRTs, much better sound, AV Network, IR mouse output jacks, Same screen as GWX.
57TWX20B Silver/Grey with marbel accents = $5500CAN New deep black high contrast shield. Same as on XWX model. All else the same as SWX model.
57XWX20B Black/High gloss black = $9000CAN Same as TWX except has, built-in ATSC tuner, built-in DD output, DD 2channel down-mix, 1 additional antenna(RF) input, and 2 IEEE 1394/5c inputs.

As for MSRP pricing, dealers may sell for less so better get your negotiating/haggling game face on. Don't like paying retail for anything.

Hope this helps and if you find anything wrong or different, please advise.

Now to figure out the 6 stretch modes and determine which is for what use :) Some seem obvious but others are not. These are my guesses:

1) 4:3 Standard = Reg Tv with bars on sides.
2) 4:3 Expanded = Reg Tv stretched to fill screen.
3: 4:3 Zoom 1 = Not sure but assume distorts picture less but crops more off top and bottom.
4: 4:3 Zoom 2 = Less distortion but more cropping than Zoom 1.
5: 16:9 Standard = Non-anamorphic WS viewing and HD action.
6: 16:9 Zoom = Anamorphic DVD viewing.

Spoke to Hitachi Canada again and the guy seemed to have no clue. He tried to tell me that with some 4:3 SD signals, the TV will not allow you to use any 4:3 modes other than standard. This makes no sense. As always with dealing with customer service, YMMV. Hopefully, someone who actually has a 20B series TV can clarify this situation.

On 480i input, you can use any stretch mode you want
