960i TV + DTD Calc + 64 bit =Bad Idea

The title says it all. I have the Mitsubishi WS 65809 Rear Projection TV and it's a really nice TV, but has some major fallacies that I feel need explaining...
This TV is not capable of displaying full 1080i. This TV's over-scan system is the bane of my will to live. It drove me up a wall and through a rafter. Here is a list of things this TV can display...
> 960i with some centering correction needed
> 444p although the width may go overboard
> 420p although it may not fill the screen
> 480i just kidding, this mode won't be determined by me because low-res + interlaced + 65" screen = looks like crap
That's all folks! This bastard is capable of 1706 x 960 i60! Not even the iPhone 6 can do... 1704 x 960 p60...
This brings me to the technical side. Right now, the only graphical brand I have is Intel, and this TV is requiring an EDID override, and let's just say it's because of Intel that over-scan was removed...
Fortunately, I am talking to the official forum of DTD Calculator, the software I used to use to fix this problem. Well now I have a different computer, and the first problem is that this one is 64 bit, meaning that DTD Calc won't find the graphics registry because it was placed in the 32-bit folders. My next adversary is the operating system: I broke my last computer so now I have to use Windows Vista, which doesn't include as many resolutions as Vista, and now I'm restrained because it's a laptop display and an RPTV I aim for. With all of this mess, I have one question... "Where is the Intel graphics registry key and why isn't this question in a FAQ?"
