Unhappy Benq w1080st lamp or lens problem?

Hi Guys, I have a problem with the projector w1080st. Some wired lines appeared on the picture, looks like something on the lens? Have you seen anything similar(see the pictures below)?
Thanks!

I'm not seeing any lines, but am I seeing a cresent-shaped smudge? Have you tried displaying the built-in test pattern. It would also help to pause onto an evenly white screen. Don't look directly into the lens until you turn off the projector.

Thank you for the response.
Yes, i agree that the problem looks like more cresent-shaped smudge.
I tried the testing patterns but it looks ok. But with white background is the best idea. (Please see attached pictures)
I have ordered already a new lamp but I do not know is it gonna help or not?
Thanks again!

The white image makes it much easier to see the dark defect. I wonder if there is a hair behind the lens. Have you tried removing the bulb assembly and looking for a hair? Maybe also blow some canned air into the projector. If the smudge moves to another part of the image then that is a strong indication of hair or dust, so do it again until it moves completely off the screen. Be sure to keep the can level. If you turn the can upside-down then a bunch of liquid comes out, which is not good.

Also before doing any of this, make sure something is not on the front of the lens (with projector off).
