Experience with ADVANCED LAMPS. Their site states GENUINE AL-Y67 LMP . Note that the "AL" stands for Advanced Lamp manufactured. Their AL-Genuine replacement lamps do not work in Toshiba Rear Proj. TV's. I bought one, sent it back, they sent another, it also did not work. They were very great to work with.
Finally bought a genuine TOSHIBA Manufactured lamp from them, and It worked great for 2 years and then bought another Genuine TOSHIBA from them, and still working fine. Looking for a lower price though.
The Real TOSHIBA manufactured lamps from them ran about $175- $185, which included shipping. Big difference between Y66 LMP and Y67 LMP, the housing is different because the Y67 LMP has a fixed handle that does not fold down. But the Y66 LMP handle is a heavy wire type and does fold down.
