Hi there,

I have heard that there are only a handful of CRT monitors that can do 1024x768@200hz. Any chance anyone here know the name of those models? I would really like to get one! Any help regarding this would be really helpful!

Thank you

Good luck with that. Even the Sony GDM-FW900 (widely regarded as the best CRT monitor available to the public) only supports 160hz according to the owners manual. What would you need 200hz for anyway?

My Mitsubishi Megaview XM-3716C 35'' was able to go to 200hz at 640x480 but like said in last post 200hz is useless... 720p at 120hz is much better (requires 90khz horizontal at 120hz vertical)... on my XP37 Xtra (XP-3791). And 200hz requires an awesome video driver in a CRT monitor. My XP37 Xtra has a max of 120hz vertical and has a 100khz horizontal max and that's good for 1080p at 85hz. It can do more than 120hz vertical but that is limited by the TV (syncs but shuts itself off after 30sec since it's not a resolution recognized by the monitor)
