Plasma is your only option.
The 2012 Samsung's limit IR to the point where it's not an issue.
The current Panasonic's have buyers complaining about IR quite a bit
has something to do with their new 2012 glass panel design.
I have a Samsung 43" PN43E450 and I've very happy with it.
The new single-filter 'Clear Image' panel does a fantastic job
of eliminating off-angle reflections.
