So whenever I display 16:9 stuff at 60hz on my 4:3 Lacie CRT (mitsubishi tube) the top 3 or 5% of the screen is stretched, rather noticeably. Upward moving objects look like they're getting sucked into a black hole.

The regular OSD menu has a vertical linearity adjustment, but it doesn't really affect the very top, only from about a tenth of the way down.

Do monitors typically have a way to adjust these things more precisely in a service menu? Like linearity for just the very top?
