Hi, it looks like I can get a pretty good deal on a Sony KV-36HS510 when I go to visit my relatives next week, and I'd be putting it in my game room. Just curious what exactly a Hi-Scan display does with 240p, 480i, and 480p content. From what I understand, the "Digital Reality Creation" feature of this TV turns 480i into 960i or 480p. Would 240p content be 480i like any other SDTV? Is there a way to turn this "feature" off? I know CRTs have no fixed resolution, so why can't it just display in 480i like a regular one would?

Any comments(or better yet pictures/video!) would be greatly appreciated. I'll mainly be using 240p retro consoles with it, but also some 480p stuff, so I'm curious how weird or stretched things will look.
