I have a 15 in CRT magnavox DVD player dtv tv. Bought a flat panel to replace. The refresh rate on the CRT tube was slow 40hz the CRT didn't have a 6 generation tuner it was DTV ready. I bought the CRT in 2008 Walmart

Not sure what the OP's intent was......and I have no idea what a 6th gen tuner is, nor who cares about refresh rates on this type of TV! Plus, your TV is badged as a Magnavox but is actually a Funai (3rd tier manufacturer). eek.gif

I think he's referring to the DTV (ATSC) tuner of the TV of being an older generation tuner chipset; probably complaining that it didn't tune as well as the newer stuff.
