So I recently acquired a 32" sony wega, model number KV32FS120 to use with classic gaming consoles (Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis). I got it for $30 bucks on Craigslist.

I notice several problems with the set - I think I have convergence, purity, AND geometry problems. So far it's okay for gaming, but I was wondering - is there some kind of guide available online for doing this? I know there is a hidden service menu but I have no idea what I'm doing.

I did accidentally let the set tip over onto its face while unloading it, but this all occurred within the trunk of the car so it didn't actually fall from any distance, it just fell over. Would that have been enough to ruin the aperture grill? :-(

I guess if these problems aren't fixable it's not that bad - I'm out $30 and it's still useable, just flawed.
