Haven't seen any free widescreen versions though. My focus here is pretty much the widescreen CRT HDTV's.

Why not just post a link to Craigslist with instructions to find a CRT for a particular area?

I was 'billboarding' those particular types of CRT's as an alert since they go fast. Pretty rare in the free section, hence so few posts here.

I didn't want to delete the posts in case anyone wondered what happened to them, plus it collects some stats. But I edit out the links (and provide an update) when they're gone so folks don't waste their time clicking on them. I did learn that I can't delete my own thread, partly why this thing's stuck around. biggrin.gif
