I managed to get ahold of a PVM20M4U from a guy on craigslist that claims it only has about 100 hours on it. From the looks of it, it never looks like it was really used. However, I have a R,G and B line across the top of the monitor, what I believe to be some convergence issues and geometry issues that the service menu can't seem to fix.

I live in Central/Eastern Florida and looking for anyone that can or knows of a place that can work on my monitor? Does anyone know?

Thanks a lot!

Its just an underscan/16:9 indicator, if you want to hide it use the service menu to resize/change the geometry.
