Sony PVM 2950Q Lower Geometry Issue

Hey all,
I recently picked up a 2950Q thinking I could fix the bottom bowing/cushion issue via service manual.

Sadly this was not the case, even after resetting all menus, re-adjusting them to spec via service manual.

At this point I'm pretty bummed out, but would like to save this as the picture, brightness, and lines all look great where its not bowing.

I'm spooked to try and go in and adjust anything, and based on some other people's suggestions this could possibly be capacitor/coil issues.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this issue, and what a reasonable price to get it fixed would be?

Thanks very much in advance for any and all advice
