Looking for help identifying this 1980's TV and Stereo.

I am looking for help trying to track down model numbers or any info that might help me obtain the model numbers of the television and stereo found in the attached pictures.

They are from the 1980's (probably latter part of the 80's). The stereo is an Emerson. I do know that. It has a turntable, cassette tape deck and stereo.

The television might be a Zenith but I'm not sure?

I know they are not worth anything but they belonged to my late brother during our childhood and I'd like to track them down for nostalgia's sake.

Anything you can help with or even a new direction you can send me to help find this info out is more than greatly appreciated. Thank you sincerely.

I zoomed in on the TV pic, blurry but the emblem on the lower left looks like it may be Panasonic. But it looks to have a graphic in the middle of the word, either between Pana and sonic or maybe the S is like a lightning bolt. Anyone know if they used an emblem like this back then? Anyhow the buttons and style make me think it's at least Japanese.

TV you might get some luck here finding out from collectors. Economy stereo not so much. Might try some search engine image searches (where it brings up a page of pics) using appropriate key words, then dig around in the pics that match.

thanks. It's a start. I've tried using the google image search for both but haven't found anything yet or at least I haven't found the right wording to help limit it down.

I hope others continue to chime in.

Not sure, but I suspect it's a "Broksonic". Except the "S" in the middle of their logo looks sort of like a lightning-bolt..

I think you're onto something, check out some of the logos in this (plus I see a TV on the top row that resembles the OP's pic):

it very well could be a broksonic. That seems to fit. I'm trying to do searches for vintage broksonic televisions but now I just need to find at least one on the internet so I can find out the model number. Thanks to everyone weighing in.

If you took that picture of the TV into a TV repair shop (if you can find one), they may be able to at the very least tell you the brand. You never know, you could run into someone in there that has been doing the job 40+ years and could tell you exactly what it was.
