No dice at least with my set. Red blacks persisted with the RF no matter how much I tuned while preventing ghosting.

I got tiered of waiting for my supplier to get me the optoma RF glasses, and ordered two pairs of VIP-3D dlp link glasses from consignia.com they work great . Nice to have 4 pairs of working dlp-link glasses for when my brother and his kids come over...

After less than 6 months, the battery on my Monsters is dead. I am now tethered to a USB power source whenever I watch a movie. Sucks. Any suggestions please?

If your are viewing with a big screen (projector), this won't be an issue as your complete "field of view" (or the whole lenses) are filled with picture and you won't see reflections on either one.

That's not necessarily the case. I'm using the latest Optoma RF glasses with a 100" screen and the outside edges (towards my ears) pick up the reflection of the curtain behind me that is illuminated by the reflected light from my screen. It's quite distracting actually, and quite disappointing since they are pretty expensive glasses.
