Probably not, as the 3DXL won't work with the Viewsonic PLED-W500, which is basically the same projector as the Acer K330.

However, there is another 3D processor, the Viewsonic VP3D1, that does work with the Viewsonic PLED-W500, so it will probably work with the Acer K330 as well. Keep in mind this hasn't been verified.

I pulled it's specs up. I seen no mention of 3D support at all.

But even if it is 3D? The light output is to low for 3D use.

Comments: The Acer K330 takes advantage of the latest technologies. When paired with a computer supporting 120Hz output and 3D software along with 3D glasses, the Acer K330 can project 3D content to give entertainment an incredible boost

There is no mention of it on Acer's site, nor Amazon's site for the projector.

If it took 3D at 720p 120hz then it should be working with the 3DXL. It must only take 3D at some other resolution / frame rate.

From above
"as far as I know they will only do 1024x768"

This will NOT work with the 3DXL, has to take 3D at 720p 120hz.
