Have you seen the vertical lines since re-installing?

I just got an H6500 and I'm seeing vertical lines and what looks like shifting, too. See attached photo of the "acer" logo with no input, and the photo of color bars using an RGB input from a laptop. I see the same problem with HMDI1 and HDMI2.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi,

I apologize for refreshing the topic, but I have a problem, and I can't find the solution, and this topic seems to be the right one to ask.

I've bought used AcerH6500, and some menu options are inactive. One of the inactive options is "ECO Mode" it is set to OFF (so normal mode is ON) and I can't change it. The option in menu is in grey colour, and I can't even choose it, it just skips it - typically for inactive options (doesn't matter if I turn that menu using "MENU" button, or that "e" button, always inactive). Do you have any idea what might have caused it, and what can I do to activate the option?

Thank you in advance for any help.
