I should be getting one this week for use at the office. I plan on taking it home for demo purposes.

What exactly are you thinking of doing?

Matt

First off, I will let you know that it looks pretty nice on the parkland plastics screen.

This is my first projector and I've very satisfied so far. Since this is a unit made for mobile usage and business purposes, I was wondering if there was any modifications that I could do to it for increased quality for home usage?

I can't remember what projector I read about, but there was one that people modified the colorwheel on? Just wondering if this is an option for this pj.

I think the projector that you heard about was the NEC LT150. It was a forum darling some time back and was dissected and heavily modified by some of the forum members. As far as I know nobody has published any mods to this particular projector.

Have you considered painting your screen gray? I'd be curious to see how the LP130 performs on a gray screen, particularly the gray screen Goo that member KBK sells.
