Would both the Panasonic AR100 and Epson 8350 both be easy to put on a projector mount and perfectly align the viewing screen to a projector on the wall?

Do you have any tips for this process or anything I should know?

Will this be a ceiling mount or wall mount?

yes, within reasonable limits (projector within screen area and horizontally near center) both are easy.

As the previous poster states the AR100U is easy to install on a projector mount and align to the screen. In my installation I used a Peerless mount (I'm a big fan of), Peerless ceiling plate and Peerless adjustable extension column. By the way you can buy these in either black or white.

Mount:

http://www.amazon.com/Peerless-PRGUN...5028870&sr=8-1

Ceiling plate:

http://www.amazon.com/Peerless-Indus...5029197&sr=1-1

You can purchase a Peerless extension column or build your own to length using PVC pipe as suggested by MississippiMan.

Here is a picture I took while installing mine.
