Hi guys -

Just got the 5010e a couple of weeks ago and so far I am really loving it. I am having one weird issue that I hope you can offer some advice on.

The wireless HD signal is great - no issues whatsoever once it is up and running. The problem is startup - I always get the "Wireless HD connection failed" message when powering up - but if I manually turn off and on the wireless unit the connection is pretty much immediate, and then works fine for the duration of whatever I'm watching, including switching sources from Blu-ray to DirecTV. The unit is located only about 12 feet away from the projector, at a very slight angle.

I use a universal remote (Pronto) macro to turn on things in this sequence: projector, receiver, Blu-ray. Screen is electric and on a 12v wireless trigger.

Equipment is Denon AVR-4311 and Denon DBP2012UD Blu-ray. DirecTV HD DVR.

Any brilliant ideas?

Thanks!

Mark

Did you solve this problem? I have the same problem with a 9000W, can't find your new thread.
