For nearly a year all inputs worked well (and looked good) on my epson 8350. All of a sudden neither of the HDMI inputs work. Don't even get a signal any more. I tried multiple sources with multiple cables into both hdmi 1 and 2 and always get "No Signal". Same cables and sources work with an old HDMI lcd I have nearby.

Component input works on the projector but my 1 year old marantz receiver doesn't want to convert hdmi picture (from HDMI only sources) to component so I'm stuck with one source at a time.

IF both HDMI ports are bad that seems to imply the D/A converter in the projector must have gone bad at some point? Any one know where to look for a repair or where to get the projector diagnosed? I'm in the LA area but willing to ship it.

Anything else I might try to diagnose/fix the problem?

Obviously, you connected the components directly to the projector, right? If so, and it didn't work, call Epson. They have the best warranty in the business and are easy to work with on repair / replacement...

I believe the 8350 comes with a 2 yr warranty.
Call Epson and get a replacement.
