Hi guys, I haven't been here for a while, enjoying my ht room. I'm looking for new projector that does auto zoom (16x9 to 2:35:1) as my Panasonic 4000. All I can see at a glance is P7000 or P8000, which one is better and is there any other choices? thanks.

Pretty much, AVS has this one on sale for $3000, motorized zoom/shift that would work by adjusting it manually.

or the Sony vw95ES for about $5k

The JVC RS-45 and newly coming RS-46 (which ships before XMAS) both have lens memory. The pre-order pricing if you call AVS is not that much different than the Panasonic price.
