I would like to have a 135" 16:9 screen on the wall for watching tv/movies and have a second removable screen that would be about one foot in front of the other screen and preferably be 4:3. Would I require a projector with lens memory to make this work (like the panny 8000) or can I use something like the Epson 5020/Sony 50?

You're actually in the wrong forum for these two projector choices. Try posting in the Digital Hi-End Projectors - $3,000+ USD MSRP forum.
