Thanks jnabq for the input. However, this is actually my second attempt at alignment and so far it is probably the best one. I actually went through every other square when I was doing the alignment process; thus, the whole area was align and no keystone is being used, but about half of the horizontal lens shift is. I say that because regardless of how much I try to get the left one-third of the screen to focus it does not become as sharp/focus as the rest of the screen. I am assuming it is probably because of the lens shift and as is not noticeable from a watching distance, so no big deal. I guess I will reset all settings to default and try the one pixel alignment next, hopefully that will help out the overall alignment. On a side note, I also have a Mitsubishi 65 in and 55 in rear projection TVs and can perfectly, to my eyes, align those screens but aligning this projector is getting on my nerves.
