Long story short, I'm looking to project something onto a frosted glass panel in a room with a good amount of ambient light. It doesn't have to be 1080p - 720p is okay. I just need it to be super bright. Any suggestions? Thank you!!

You might start at, http://www.projectorpeople.com/resources/bp_buyersguide.asp and http://www.projectorpeople.com/resources/lumen-guide.asp to get a better idea of just how many lumens you might be needing for that application. Then compare that to what you can afford to spend. I think your looking at something around 3500 lumens at least. You could call AVS here to see what they might recommend.
