I called these guys 3 weeks ago, my glasses were being shipped that Friday. In hindsight that was obviously what the service rep was told to say. Fast forward to this week, no glasses. I called, they’re out of stock, they’ll be in stock “in a few weeks”. Wow. So they didn’t ship, and they’re actually out of stock – at least that’s the latest story. $3000 to be treated like this. I'm now passing the two and a half month mark, these were originally supposed to get to me in 6 weeks! Panasonic will never get my business again. Has anyone else had this happen?

What guys are we talking about? The dealer or Panasonic? BTW the Owner's Thread for the 8000 is here:

I too haven't received my glasses. It has been 2 months now. Rebate check was fast.

I put this to the owners thread, someone there said it could take up to 3 months for the glasses. That's about too more weeks for me, I'll hold out and update.
