Epson 2030 HDMI Not Supported Issues
New to this forum so I'm not sure if this is posted in the correct place or not. I've started having issues with watching movies on my Epson 2030 projector. I'll be watching a movie and intermittently it will cut out, go to a blank screen, and shows HDMI Not Supported. After a few seconds to a minute it will come back on and play fine for awhile until it cuts out again. This will happen many times during the duration of the movie. None of the other inputs act this way, everything else works fine (cable box and PS4), it's only the blu ray player. I've had this set up for a couple years now and never had any issues, this just started in the last 6 months or so. At first I thought my player was going bad (Samsung BD-H5900 I bought used) so I got a new unit. Still having issues. Originally I had two HDMI cables connected together running from the receiver to the projector, a 20' and a 5', so I thought maybe that was the issue. Replaced with one 25' cable. Still having issues. It doesn't happen every time I watch a movie, blu rays seem to do fine, mostly happens with DVDs. My set up is a Yamaha YHT-4920UBL receiver connected to an Epson 2030 projector with one 25' HDMI cable. I have a DirecTV box, PS4 & Sony BDP‑S6700 blu ray player hooked up to the receiver. All other inputs work fine, only having issues with the blu ray player. I'm not really great with this kind of stuff so hoping someone can help me out, thanks.
