I have a chance to buy a used JVC RS25 with an extra lamp for $2500. I was originally planning on buying an Epson 5020u which I can find for $2500 as well. Which is the better buy? I will be putting this in a dedicated home theater with total light control. Mainly for watching movies and sports. The room as 17 x 11 and the screen will be on the 11 foot wall. I'm looking to do a 120' screen. My first row seating will be about 9 ft. Thanks for your help.

Neither, I would look for a B-Stock JVC RS-45 or RS-46.

+1 The newer generation JVCs are quite nice and a definite step up over both the RS25 and Epson models in 2D performance.
