I am setting up a HT and room dimensions are 17x9. The image will be on the 9' wall and seating is at the rear of the room with extra seating in front of the couch at the back wall. I am considering the BenQ w1070 and based on the calc at projector central, I need to mount the projector at around 10-13 feet to get an 7- 8' wide image (max I can go). My concern has to with brightness of the image - the Lumens seem very high at 13 feet - should I be concerned - have I confused myself ? :). The room has no windows and some ceiling lighting on dimmers. Any advice on other projectors to consider would be appreciated - in a perfect world I would wall mount at the back of the room for a cleaner look.
