Tomorrow I will be receiving a new Panasonic AE8000U. Definitely spent more than I originally intended when I started looking at upgrading my projector.

That being said, I'd love some suggestions on how to inspect my new PJ for any faults or defects. This is my first LCD so I'm guessing convergence issues are something to look for? Any suggestions along those lines would be appreciated. Or if there's a great post or article on this topic that I missed, point me in that direction.

Thanks

Congrats on your new projector, however you should know that the more appropriate thread is in the Digital Hi-End Projectors - $3,000+ USD MSRP Forum.

Official Owners' Thread, Panasonic PT-AE8000U
