Just bought my first projector 3 days ago.  I  love the quality of the picture, but can't seem to fix a simple (I think) problem.  The picture is a perfect rectangle, but it appears there is an extra glare in the shape of a trapezoid around the picture.  When I use the keystone settings, I change the shape of the picture, but the 'other' trapezoid still remains.  What am I missing?  Sorry for my limited knowledge.  The projector is about 9.5' off the ground on a ledge & about 12.5' away from the wall.  Thanks in advance.  The SuperBowl is less than a week away.

When I turn on the projector w/o the cable, there is a light outline of a trapezoid that is wider on the bottom.  Does this mean I need to somehow re-arrange the position of the projector.  It is about 9.5 ft off the ground on a ledge & angled down.  Thanks for any help as the Super Bowl gets closer & closer.

That will be the keystone correction, put your projector dead on with the screen for best results.

For anyone that cares, I figured out the problem prior to the SuperBowl... The projector is sitting on a ledge about 9.5 ft off the ground.  I guess from that height it is designed to hang form the ceiling, not sit upright on a ledge.  Therefore I had to turn the projector upside down on the ledge & change the setting...Problem solved.
