Help needed!

My contractor had an opening earlier than i was expecting a month and is going to start working on my basement in two weeks. I thought i would have a bit longer to make my decision on a projector but by back is against the wall. First a little bit about the room. The room it self is on the small size it is roughly 12.5x12.5 and the height is 8 feet. However there will be a 1 foot soffit around the entire room to enclose HVAC duct work. This will limit the height of the screen wall to only 7 feet in height. The room will eventually have a black front wall and dark acoustic panels on the side walls and a Black ceiling.

In order to maximize the room i have ordered some in wall speakers (def tech rsl uwi) for LCR. I will be placing them behind a AT screen. I would like to get the largest screen possible for my room and have been looking at going with 2.35 CIH screen. The reason i am leaning this way is to have the widest possible screen to allow for the L and R speakers to be placed further away from the center channel. I am thinking that 115" scope screen is what ideally what i want. The room will be mostly used for movies except for sundays during football season it will be used to watch football games.

Budget around $2500 for projector and AT screen. Looking at the Elite AT screens from amazon for ~$400.

What projector will be able to project a 115" imagine from around 11'?

One row of 4 seats for a viewing distance of 9.5-10'

Will the w1070 be able to be zoomed in for the 1.78 ratio. This i think ends up being around 100"? This is projector i was leaning towards originally before thinking about going 2.35. But didnt know if the zoom on the benq would be able to do both?

Should i be looking into a CIA screen?

The BenQ doesn't have enough zoom range to do the poor mans CIH. You don't have enough throw range for the Sony to do it without having a smaller Diag screen so I would stick with a 16:9 screen as large as will fit. That room screams for the Sony (or a JVC if you could afford another grand). If the Sony 40es goes back on sale for 2k than it will fit your budget with the screen.

Smart enough to know better, to old to care

Would the benq be able to handle a CIA with its limited zoom. I think i am leaning this direction after doing some further research.
