So if this translates correctly to English, this is a budget version of the new HD36?

So, what are the new Optoma models?

HD50
HD36
HD26
HD141
HD151

They might end creating confusion with so many different model numbers for such similar products.

Just wait. It'll turn out like the hd25e and hd131xe where they are all secretly the same model except each has a unique haircut. It would be fun to have a slew of color options, but more fun to have colorwheel options at a w1070/131xe competing price.
My fingers are crossed for a 1500-2000lumen model around $700.

Easy $25 DIY black (or any color) ALR paint +$40-$50sprayer screen mix smooth/clean and very easy to learn spraying with little/no mess.
Simple $25-40 DIY black/dark-grey ambient-light rejecting screen, grab two things from a local store..mix..roll..done.
