Hi,

Try following these links to the specifications published at Projector Central:

Epson Powerlite 730c

Sharp PG-M20X

You'll find that the Sharp has better contrast for a more 3D like image, a DVI connection for passing digital video without resorting to analog conversions, a longer bulb life and is marginally quieter.

Regards,
Glenn

I recon that... but I dunno how to expect the dB value. Can you tell me a projector which is not loud?

Or anyone know the dB for Kodak V600? I own one so i can better extimate the problem.

The M20X has 37db of fan noise. Mounted on a ceiling, no one has ever mentioned noise in my HT. If not mounted on a ceiling, I would not want over 32db which rules out most of the presentation projectors.

Hi,

The LT260 is somewhat similar to the MX20 and has a very quiet econo-mode of 29db.
