wireless HDMI

Anyone use wireless HDMI with their setup with good results? My projector does not have it built in, so I would have to buy a separate device. Are there any that can give me no loss in picture or sound quality? The ones I've looked at so far don't look good at all.

I have had good experience using DVDO product for lossless wireless hdmi. It requires line of sight between transmitter and receiver, although it works through my screen.
I do not use it for the audio signal, so no comment there.
